It also clarifies that, for this call, residents of Italy include certain non-EU citizens with a valid residence permit and EU or EU-equated citizens who have continuously lived in Italy for more than nine months. The scholarship is available for selected English-taught Master’s degree programs. One scholarship is assigned to each of three areas: Economics and Law, Political, International, Social and Cognitive Sciences, and Biomedical and Medical Sciences. Two scholarships are assigned to two different courses in Math and Experimental Sciences.

How to Submit the Application
Applications must go through apply.unisi.it. The page says the scholarship application is included in the academic year 2025/2026 listing under the “Scholarship” section. Moreover, only applicants who have already submitted an admission application for at least one of the listed programs will be considered. If someone has applied to two courses, one scholarship application is sufficient.
A non-refundable fee of 10 euros is required. Payment instructions are sent by email, and the page says the same account used for the course admission application must also be used for the scholarship application.
