The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026 will take place in Rabat, Morocco, bringing together young professionals working across policy, business, academia, think tanks, and civil society. Organized by the Policy Center for the New South, the program provides leadership development opportunities, international networking, and participation in the Atlantic Dialogues conference.

Program Overview

The ADEL program is designed for professionals interested in high-level international discussions and cross-sector collaboration. Participants will engage in leadership workshops, peer learning activities, and conversations on global and regional issues affecting the Atlantic space.

In addition, the program connects participants with policymakers, experts, and senior leaders from across the Atlantic Basin.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026, applicants must:

• Be 25–35 years old as of December 6, 2026
• Demonstrate fluency in English
• Be citizens or residents of countries in Africa or across the Atlantic Basin
• Have professional experience in their field
• Hold positions involving influence, responsibility, or decision-making
• Be available for the complete program duration

Application Process

Applicants are required to prepare the following materials:

• A resume or CV in PDF format with a maximum length of two pages
• A private one-minute YouTube video explaining:
• Their professional background and field of work
• The motivation behind their work
• Their reason for applying to ADEL
• How they will contribute to and benefit from the program

Deadline

Applications for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026 must be submitted by June 14, 2026.
