The Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum 2026 is an international fully and partially funded forum organized by the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) and will be held in April 2026 in Ottawa, Canada. This forum is being hosted in Canada for the second time; the first edition, held in 2024 in Toronto, successfully brought together young leaders, innovators, researchers, and aspiring diplomats from various countries, creating a powerful platform for global dialogue and intercultural cooperation. The 2026 forum will once again unite selected participants from around the world to explore how technology, artificial intelligence, digital governance, and cultural diplomacy shape the future of international relations. The event will include high-level panel discussions and an exclusive Gala Night, offering participants exceptional opportunities for global networking, leadership development, and international visibility.
To ensure broader participation from both local and international applicants, the forum offers fully funded and partially funded opportunities, enabling talented and motivated individuals—regardless of financial background—to benefit from this global platform. The Fully Funded package covers the official invitation letter, visa fee, round-trip airfare, hotel accommodation, daily meals, local transportation, and an internationally recognized participation certificate. The Partially Funded package provides accommodation, meals, local transportation, and an invitation letter.
The purpose of the 2026 Forum is to bring together global youth, strengthen intercultural understanding, and connect future leaders in the heart of Canada’s capital. More information and application details are available at www.cccd.ca
