Bucharest Summer University is an international summer school that brings together students from across the world to explore economic topics while participating in cultural and social experiences. Hosted by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, the program combines academic learning with international networking and cultural exchange.
Over the course of two weeks, participants engage in academic sessions, discussions, and activities designed to encourage collaboration among students from diverse backgrounds.
About the Program
The Bucharest Summer University is the official international summer school of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The event welcomes students from different academic disciplines and countries to explore global issues connected to economics and international business.
The 2026 edition will take place from 9 August to 23 August 2026 on the campus of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in Bucharest. The program will bring together over 40 participants alongside professors and speakers from universities and companies around the world.
The academic theme for the upcoming edition is:
Leaders of Tomorrow in International Business and Economics: Reshaping Global Economy.
Program Coverage
Participants receive several services provided by the organizing team during the program:

Travel expenses to and from Romania are not included.
