Internship Benefits

Who Can Apply?
This internship is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:
● Be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
● Have completed at least 18 months (3 semesters) of undergraduate or master’s studies by the time of selection
● Be enrolled as a full-time student throughout the internship period
● Have a good understanding of English or French for workplace communication
Available Internship Fields
Participants can work in technical disciplines such as applied physics, mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, general/civil engineering, material and surface sciences, and IT, mathematics & robotics.
Internship Duration
The internship typically runs for 4 to 12 months, depending on the project and agreement with CERN supervisors.
