Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the 2026–2028 round, applicants must meet the following strict requirements:
- Education: Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) between January 2025 and September 2026.
- Academic Status: Candidates who already hold or are currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program are not eligible.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of an OECD member country.
- Languages: Fluency in one of the two official languages (English or French) and a willingness to learn the other.
- Career Goals: A demonstrated strong interest in public policy and an intention to pursue a Master’s degree after completing the program.
